Dolphin Scrubber

I just found out that you apparently need some special kind prepacked scrubber for the dolphin depending on the canister model you got. How does that work out in reality?

Is is still easy to get? How hard is a conversion to the usual grain scrubber type? How do they compare in matters of price?

Some Dolphins have been converted to use an Extendaire cartridge. This is the identical cartridger used in the Optima. If you do a search about Sorb vs. Extendaire you will find the discussions have been going on for awhile. Lots of info on it if you just search.

Re: Dolphin Scrubber

Conversion is as simple as using a different scrubber canister. They are completely interchangable.
