Draeger parts supplier in English?

I am having trouble ordering Draeger parts. Tried internet w/ Water safety but am having trouble online due to translation tool. tried phone but told they don't accept orders over the phone. Any suppliers out there with an order form or website in English? Or that take orders over the phone? I apologize for my ignorance but am just trying to make my life a little simpler. Thanks Scott

Another vote for Martin at Tecme. Brilliant service. He will get anything from Draeger and ship it quickly. Get the part numbers from the Water Safety shop and leave it to him.

Alternatively use this link and you'll see they're offering to support us English speakers Welcome | Online Shop | W+S Water Safety Europe GmbH | Seit 1999

Thanks

I appreciate the direction. Regarding Water Safety, they spoke English just fine, but informed me that I could not place an order over the phone.

They may use paypal or similar to sort out the payments, I haven't used them, just Tecme [Martin is on here, 'caver99' I think] no problems, very helpful and good service.

Another vote for Martin at Tecme. I just got a whole bag of goodies from him. He accepts paypal and ships promptly. I had him make up a few custom pieces and had it in 3 weeks. I would imagine normally stocked items would arrive much faster. I ordered everything via email. He answered the emails promptly and the merchandise was top notch. I hope this helps. FD

Re: Draeger parts supplier in English?

I use W+S website to get the part numbers as they have excellent technical pictures. Then I e-mail Martin at Tecme.

W+S speak very good English but I haven't found them overly helpful, like refusing to review shipping rates when I just wanted one single, small part -- they had a ridiculous minimum shipping charge, something like 25 euros on a 5 euro part.

Martin on the other hand is superb, loads cheaper for parts and shipping, extremely helpful. Give him your money!

Martin. Once you get past that you must email him for a quote and payment arrangements everything works smoothly. I would purchase from Tecme again without hesitation.
