Bletso,

Looking to see what type of epoxy you used on your dsv mod. I was planning on JB Weld as it hold just about everything together but wanted to see what you used first?

Thanks Myron...

Re: Draeger DSV issues

I'm a little off topic here but my Drager Ray DSV has poor mushroom valves. They're silicone valves and they came brand new a little distorted. They "Moo" when I inhale and exhale. I'm hesitant to order 2 new ones from divesafety.net (at 10 Euro each plus shipping ) if they will be exactly the same. Anyone find a 2nd stage ehxaust that fits or another set of DSV valves that may work?
Cheers,
Sandy

I just used a 5 min epoxy we have at the shop. It comes in little sachets. Called 'Double Bubble" trade name.

If the valves pass the flow test is it that important? You could try heating them and moulding the shape a bit flatter.
