What absorbent do you use?

I'm doing some research about absorbent usage. Which absorbent do you use, and if applicable, why?

Scott is already in the lead. So, you better hurry up and buy your unit and get the training. We'll be waiting for you on the bottom!

BTW, I use the Extend Air Cartridge on a Dive Rite Optima.

Re: What absorbent do you use?

I'm using Sodasorb 6-12 right now, but there are many of us who tend to switch around depending on price and availability.

Re: What absorbent do you use?

I tend to use DiveSorb, as it seems to produce less dust than the others.

Re: What absorbent do you use?

Use Sofnolime 1 - 2.5mm (8 - 12 mesh) most of the time, 'cos that's what the manual says. I have used DiveSorb in the Red Sea without issues.
