![]() | Re: inspiration half fill adaptor I see your point but don't agree with you at all. I'm still a greenie but I would meen that a half full scrubber would meen a shorter gas travel through the sorb. My concern is that in a situation with heavy work load or problems expired gas will not be in active scrubber material for a suffecient amount of time to remove all CO2 = bad spiral. I tell you Tony: About 4years ago, I had a VERY bad experience on my modifyed KISS-Dolphin, with a socalled "spacer".... exactly the same isue, as Soren described, so if you descide to go for a solution like that, please be carefull and NEVER go deep.Perhaps you should see it the other way around and say: With a full scrubber I need to go diving a bit more.. instead of reducing safety.Just my 2 cents Dive safe Soren

![]() | Re: inspiration half fill adaptor Thanks to all for their input, it became quite clear early on that this was a bad idea. I had heard that AP had made an adaptor but it is clear that these are lying in peoples sheds and were a no Cheers Tony |

I had heard that AP had made an adaptor but it is clear that these are lying in peoples sheds and were a no The one thing I've heard about the Inspiration is any sort of modification null and voids the warranty. I'm guessing a half fill would fall into this category. AP is almost as bad as Apple (computers).Cheers Tony ![]() |

Sorry - <snip>- Just what kind of warranty would you expect them to offer?![]() Would you expect a warranty from your manufacturer if you took off your car's wheels and replaced them with some from a scooter? <Snip> Steve Last edited by UKSteve : 18th April 2008 at 17:58. Do you catch the subtle difference? Think you will find APD are simply trying to identify batteries that deliver enough performance for the solenoid to work properlySteve Last edited by UKSteve : 18th April 2008 at 17:55. |
