That come from the DrägerKiss list created by Jean-Michel Urbani some years ago. When Paul show pictures of the first rebreather he have imagined, we discuss for a name. APD just present the Evolution. So we retain rEvolution.
Cause rEvolution is too long to write, it become rEvo.

Yes, you are right. That was a long time ago we were all there! Lots of good information was presented on that list, many excellent projects came from that group of guys. I think Paul has taken it to the farthest from what we used to all discuss there.

That's weird ... when I look at the graduate list on his website it seems that he graduated Paul Raeijmakers as Instructor trainer on the rEvo

I can't imagine that this machine is so complex that the inventor has to be trained to explain how it works
