Sidemount on rEvo mini

Has anyone tried mounting a Armadillo sidemount butt plate on a rEvo mini with the sliding backplate? I am looking for suggestions please:-) Thanks

Hi Nate,

I do have the same config, although I hardly use the sliding backplate. Will take some pictures this week-end and put them online so that you get an idea.

I belive Mel has a similar side mount on her mini rEvo. You may want to contact her at Silent Scuba.

Erik Foreman made us sidemount ass packs for our rEvos. He can make you one

Are you on the Coronados boat on Sunday? if so ask me about sidemounting. I no longer use these butt plates as I find it makes the bottle lie at a weird angle. With Al's, using a waist D ring often works better. I'll show you on the boat.

Hi Nate

I run an armadillo on my rEvo mini and it works great but as i am a short arse i dont need the slideing back plate. sorry I cannt be of more help

one thing the back plate supplied from paul needs to be drilled. I think Phil went through 3 or 4 drill bits when we drilled out mine dont know what grade of stainless paul uses but it is tough.
