a new beauty: combined OPV, MP and cable connection

hello all, here a picture of a new rEvo item that will be available very soon:

an OPV that

* fits a Drager screw,

* adjustable cracking pressure (take off the 6 bolts and adjust the spring compression inside),

* no membrane that can flip over (disk-on-O-ring system),

* inlet port for an MP hose for offboard injection

* PG7 cable gland treath for any application (solenoid/cell connetion)

Are you still supplying parts to homebuilders? If yes, how about a version with a p-port male on it? Not that I would want one...no no, I have promised myself to stop the hobbytinkering

Sure looks sweet, and as allways I have some questions (I know - groan...):

* Does it prevent water in-flow like a BCD-OPV?

* If so could you make it remote remote-dump as well?

* Is it meant to go on the Exhale-lung?

Just thinking about dumping while ascending on OC - I know you can do it through the DSV, but still would be sweet.

with a male p-plug the whole combination becomes to high! not so nice anymore

* you can not (on purpose) activate it, only venting by overpressure, so no water in, so no remote-dump allowed

* yes you can mount it on the exhale lung

Now you can see that Paul takes little things VERY seriously: Two rEvo floods documented in all of the time and dives done with them, both of those on rigs being deliberately abused, and the result is a specially designed and manufactured technical fix to remove even that slight potential.

Other manufacturers *wish* they provided this level of responsiveness to the test/learn/fix cycle. None do.

Yeah, this is just one more of the continous stream of upgrades, enhancements, and accessories thats being provided:

* Various tank-sizes and material
* Mini-Size
* But-plate ofr Mini
* Off-board O2-addition
* Low WOB-kit
* Special Apeks rEvo-DS4 1st.-stages (They're perfect BTW)
* Double-sized Axial Scrubber Cannisters
* Bigger-sized Radial Scrubber Cannisters
* hCCR / eCCR Kits + Shearwater Pursuit.
* New OPV-type and placement.
* There was even a full enclosure for Caving on the list once.
* Direct Offboard Dil-connection hose (not my cup of tea...)
Did I miss anything?

And all the things he's just teasing us with....
Wonder whats coming next - can't wait, I have to guess:

Dil-manifold
or....
BOV

Ohh yeah, and we've just turned another month, so I've got dough to blow

Dave are you going to stock these new items along with the future secret ones coming out? I'm interested in trying some of these things out but with something new popping up now and then I not sure if I should wait alittle till all the cats are out of the bag. Nice job Paul.
