![]() ![]() ![]() | short MP hose - quick wear ? I realized during deco stops that my 1-year-old O2 MP hose was dead. According to Murphy's law, the second will follow ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() I'm interested by this product Miflex Xtreme - Safety When The Pressure's On ! which seems to be more flexible. Did somebody have the same problem and find an other/better solution ? Eric |

![]() ![]() ![]() | Re: short MP hose - quick wear ? Saw that type of hose on a dive show in Denmark this year and they are extreme flexible. Looked really nice. If my hoses start leaking I’ll chance to these. Best. Thorsten. |

Looks like a Teflon hose with SS outside. Smooth to move. I'll use them on my rig soon too. You can send me a mail to get info, we buy this in Italy if I remember correctly. A bientot. David |

![]() ![]() ![]() | Re: short MP hose - quick wear ? Quote: my short o2 hose looks like it may be about to go. It is not really a problem to dive with (we saw this pretty small leak only after 70 minutes) but I hate bubbles ![]() Quote: seems the short hoses suffer in cold water, not in warm.. I didn't even think about temperature factor.there also seems to be tolerances in the crimping of the metal sleeve, and in cold water some hoses start leaking Well, it was 4-5° Celsius/39.2-41 Fahrenheit (depends on electronic timers), probably enought to get some bubbles... Thank you, Paul. Quote: You can send me a mail to get info, we buy this in Italy if I remember correctly. Thanks, David. I'll do. |

![]() | Re: short MP hose - quick wear ? Hi, Same problem with mine, I have just changed the diluent one and now the oxy is also leaking...Only diving in Belgium cold waters for monthes... I consider putting a 90° elbow to have less strain on the hoses... Raph |
