![]() | one cell giving high PO2 readout Here's a question for the real experienced (rEvo) CCR divers (witch i'm not) I dive one rEvodream on one cell and the other on two cells I calibrated my cell's following procedure. On air all the cells read a po2 of ~0,21. On O2 alle the cells read ~1.0 (On surface) So far OK. While diving the readout of the cells begin to differ. On the 2 cell rEvodream the difference between the cells in small (~0.01 till 0.03) but if I compare it with the one cell rEvodream the difference is much larger ( ~0.10 higher), with causes a “high” po2 signal on 1C RD, while the 2C RD is perfectly on setpoint (cont. green) I even had a low and high signal at the same time (on different HUD’s) After the dive the readout of all the cells are more or less the same (0.01 or less) Till a coupele of dives ago it wasn't a problem. Both RD and cell readouds were more or less the same. How can this be? The unit and the cells done about 6 hours of diving. What do I do? Its really bugging me.

Bought some new ones: The first I recieved was a Teldyne. This reacts FAST compared to the AII. The next two ones were AII, but form the infamous batch with errors. I REALLY don't like cells right now...... Nicolai

![]() ![]() ![]() | Re: one cell giving high PO2 readout It's probably a cell failure. Some month ago I've tested few cells on my rEvodreams, after calibration all given 1.00 at surface. A six meter on pure O2 one come to give too much, around 1.70. At 40 meters the same give 4.00 . Back on surface after one hour dive it give around .21 in air...

![]() | Re: one cell giving high PO2 readout Paul replaced ALL my cells! (unused spare cell as well) My cells weren't from the recall batch, but close enough to replace them. Tnx Paul, great service!
