buying a rEvo from Swiss company

I'm "rEvolving" at the moment and thinking about ordering een unit for myself.

Becouse I live in the EU, I have to buy the unit from the Swiss company.

Maybe a bit silly, but is this safe?
Are there others who have bought a unit from the Swiss reseller? Did the order go OK? Can I trust this company? Did the delivery go well?

I wanna order a unit and collect in Switzerland.

Re: buying a rEvo from Swiss company

Hello,

Yes you can, Philippe of Intruder is a very nice and serious person. You can order your rEvo.
Why don't you come to Geneva to fetch your rEvo? You'll do the training at the same time.

Absolutely no problem at all, we frequently pick up units from Philippe at Intruder.

Why don't you do your rEvo course with us in Geneva when you pick up the unit?

Cheers,

Dave Cooper.

Re: buying a rEvo from Swiss company

it seemed a bit strange indeed, but the contactpersons were very correct and it went very well.
I collected it myself and everything went smooth!

no worry!

Phil is a serious and nice guy and he's officialy the first rEvo supplier in Europe at the moment. And for info he really knows what he's talking about as he's a custom rebreather builder himself.

By the way...haven't you heard about the swiss reliability ?

no, you never heard of dutch paranoia?

Main office in British Virgin Islands ???? (WTF?), europe office in Paris and only a postbox in Switserland??? not my idea of a trustworthy company

we're not talking about a small paypall transaction here!

But thats the reason for my post....

Re: buying a rEvo from Swiss company

Intruder is the only reseller in Europe. So if you want a rEvo, you'll have to go through him!

I know; thats why I'm asking if this company is trustworthy.

Normally I don't buy over Internet and pay a deposit of 1000 euro to a company i don't know (and trust).

I'm not wealthy enough to gamble with this kind of money

I understand but you can go with confidence.
Philippe made some custom Swagelok adapters for me, he is really a very kind person.
