![]() ![]() | rEvo II in Grottes de Vallorbes... Resposible for the organisation of a dive expedition post-congres: Document sans nom I decided to dive in the first sump to look at equipment and add some arrows and take out some old parts of old lines out. What I found really nice with the rebreather is that you have time to work. You don't need anymore to hurry because of the amount of air you have. That was really nice. I did a 40 minutes dive. But the bad point was that I could not find any of the things I had hooked on the harness. As I found them, I unclipped and clipped on the stage . I was lucky not to unclip accidentaly the key of the car and loose it in the sump. The other point I need to train is position. When diving in sump, you have sometimes your head up or down in a gallery and you need to adapt your breathing. Nice experience that needs more training... Best regards, Alf |

Better check with the Kool-Aid drinkers to learn the DIR way of carrying the car keys then..... Glad the rig worked well for you! Dave

I dived in Font Estramar in 10 years ago, it's really a nice sump. By that time I was in OC, I had a 2 x 20 liters. We had to take South passage, there was too much curent for the north one. |

He is living in Perpignan, do you want to contact him? He could take pictures for you. ![]() Quote: You removed your A sticker from the back of the Revo after how many hours ? Well, I don't remember exactly, maybe 40h. It had a big scratch and was not nice looking anymore. ![]() Quote: Any pics in the cave ? Yes but taken with a small camera without external flash. It was his first dive cave and it was a little bit dangerous for him to bring his fish-eye camera!
