rEvo II Training in San Diego - Commenced

We began our training sessions Friday evening - the same evening Paul R. and Marc T. arrived in San Diego. They stayed awake to midnight (PST) going over some academic and setup of the rEvo II although they had not slept in 28 hours. I think this qualifies as being dedicated

Today we (five in our group) had our first confined water session and everyone came away feeling very good with our decision to go with the rEvo II units. There's a lot of possibilities with the rEvo II units and is one of the reasons we chose this over several other CCR units.

I am impressed with the rEvo II, and I am equally impressed with Paul Raymaekers and Marc in their attention and dedication to the training and the rEvo II. I am certain that those taking the training in Florida and New York, later this year, will come away with similar impressions.

Tomorrow we have our second confined water session and on Monday we have our first OW dive on the rEvo II. We are taking photographs and will write a more detailed report from the perspective of new and cross-over CCR divers after the training sessions have been completed.

Stay tuned!

Regards,
Paul

I would also like to thank Paul and Mark for an excellent class. The rEvo is like the european sports car I thought it would be.

Congrats guys.
I'm always looking for an Rebreather dive buddy here in San Diego, PM me if your ever available. Was that that old SDDS pool? How'd you all fit into it?

Mola Mola on the Yukon? I'm jealous!

Which boat outfit did you use?

The pool was a tight fit ... really tight fit.

I've seen quite a few sun fish ... but, that was probably the largest one I will ever see

We used the Marissa dive charter ... Capt Carl and DM Anita from the Lois Ann jumped ship and purchased the old Ocean Express. They're very 'Tech' friendly and run a good competent operation.

Marissa Dive Charters Welcome!

You guys will not regret choosing the rEvo, it is a real neat CCR.

Cheers,

Dave Cooper.

Re: rEvo II Training in San Diego - Commenced

Yes, we love the rEvo II rebreathers. It has been a great training session and I look foward to many exciting dives with the rEvo. I also look forward to the possibilities of diving with Paul R. and Marc T. again - they were fantastic as instructors and we all had a genuinely great time discussing diving, beer, wine, rabbits, etc

If you're local please visit us and come diving with us. We're always looking for some good local divers to join us in our escapades into the deep blue. And if you're looking into a rEvo II as a CCR, I think you will find that all five San Diego owners will recommend these units without hesitation. Likewise, we would certainly recommend Paul R. and Marc T. as instructors.

And that Mola Mola - wow! It was the largest that I have ever seen. It was hanging out by the superstructure when we descended and allowed us to get very close as the pictures show. It made for a unique dive on the Yukon.

Regards,
Paul

Well if I know Marc a bit I am not very surprized you were discussing rabbits
