FREE Rebreather Social: Dutch Springs, June 2, 2006

The SCUBA Connection, Dive-Rite and ExtendAir are pleased
to announce a FREE Rebreather Social for Friday, June 2, 2006.

Location: Dutch Springs in Bethlehem, PA. Time: 10am.
There is no cost to participate, but the normal admission fee for Dutch still applies.

Get together with other CCR folks, or learn more about CCR diving on the KISS and Optima rebreathers.
There will be lots of CCR talk, diving and unit teardowns.

CCR divers with other units are welcome and encouraged to attend!

Lunch for participants is on us, but you must RSVP with The SCUBA Connection so we can estimate the food!

I wanted to thank everyone that participated in the Rebreather Social at Dutch Springs in Bethlehem P.A.

We had a Very nice turn out for a Friday

. There were a total of 21 Divers that showed up. Rebreather's ranged from CK/SK KISS's , Optima's , Classic Inspiration's and a Prisim.

Pete from Dive Rite walked a few through the DR Optima and gave us a glance on how DR is side mounting all bailout (nice, clean and simple!)

Dan (dantheman) did a tear down of my CK for a few O.C. guys lookin to learn a little bit more on how we CCR with the KISS

I or Dan will have some pictures to follow.

It was cool to see a bunch of RBers out. KISS, Optima, Inspiration, Prism.
A regular ecumenical gathering!

Pete kept us in stitches talking about his initial Optima training.
Tom amazed us with the ExtendAir cartridge (and diving wet!!!).
Jay kept us fed at the grill.

Pete has a few line-up photos of users and units. I'm sure he'll
put them up sometime soon.
