Congratulations to your decision! One question immediately sprang to my mind:
Will it be possible to have other rebreathers tested there? Alex offered to test units to gain data about WOB etc., but he has to pick them up in the UK and ship to their testing facility in St. Petersburg (!).
Belgium would be a bit closer

Hello Christoph, we can always quote for commercial tests!

for tests on 'non-commercial' units, we can discuss it
