Re: Stolen Gear

Sorry to learn about your lost kit. Have you installed security systems in your dive shop?Perhaps it will prevent further breakins.

Hi Rich.

I am very sorry to hear about this.
I will keep an eye open in Denmark, and hope that the bastards gets what they deserve!

Re: Stolen Gear

If you haven't done so, alert the manufacturers as well. Those thieving bastards will be looking for the necessary parts to make everything work. I'm sure Rodney/Suzie (SS) would like to know so that when the bastards call in for the throttle, they can be nailed to the cross. Actually, it would be better to use screws...

Re: Stolen Gear

Hi,

Sorry to here about your break-in. Don't know whether this is related but Mick Murphy from Adventures in Diving got a call from someone yesterday saying that they were selling lots of kit. His number is 01245 252627 if you want to get more details...

Re: Stolen Gear

Sorry to hear about this Rich.

It's very specific stuff, so if everybody keeps the eyes open - mainly the ones always checking Ebay, hopefully you can get something back.

I don't know if the COPIS have the serial number engraved at the bottom os the canister, as the Megs do. If so it would help to have them listed here.

Good luck!

Susana

Re: Stolen Gear

With that amount of gear I'd be betting on them trying to sell it on ebay or some other want ad type site/publication.

Glad to hear you were insured and hope that the insurance adjuster gives you a fair appraisal of what's been taken.
