FOR SALE: TR-300 scrubber and CL for CCR project

In March last year, I bought the TR-300 scrubber and CL with the intention of building a sidemount bail-out-CCR by adding:
  • KISS valve
  • 2 breathing hoses
  • DSV
  • misc
However, the unit turned out to be larger than expected - more like 10L than 7L tank size. So I lost my enthusiasm, and the unit has been sitting where I took it out from the box since then.

If anyone is looking for a homebuild project, it would be a great starting block.

Only 500 quid / US$900... or trade for something of equal value!

If trading, I am looking for:
  • Inspiration/Evolution Medium hardness and CL set-up
  • Big strobes for digital camera
  • Classic Inspiration lid and/or scrubber

Very simple if you know what to do...

Seriously, building one to simulate the KISS is one of the easiest CCR project to do.

With the scrubber the way it is now, here is all one has to do:
  1. Install glands at the lid to connect PO2 meters.
  2. Install the Scunapro secondary into the slot made, to work as ADV.
  3. Install a Swage-Lok connector for the KISS valve.
Done.

Is this the same as the EDO 04/08 that you used to build your XCR?

Not the same unit, but similar in lay-out (accordion CL on the bottom of the scrubber).

You could go to the links listed and see the differences.
