| Re: Importing from United Arab Emirates Phi, It has nothing to due with UAE- My apologies if this upset anyone. This was in reference to me joking around about shipping certain materials and the sale of arms. In fact, I have my Aunt and Uncle that will be vacationing in AUE here pretty soon. | Re: Importing from United Arab Emirates Andrew, Thanks for the clarification. I am a little sensitive and tired from having to educate people who have never been outside of their little corner of the world about the UAE. I have been asked many, many stupid questions like it is safe to go outside where I live as an example. No, it is not safe. I stand a greater chance of getting run over by a speeding Mercedes or a Porsche than an exploding bomb... ![]()

| Re: Importing from United Arab Emirates Then move to Aqaba (Jordan).... Great costline (although short), no bombs and poor enough to only have a limited fleet of fast cars... Friendly people too that unlike their Egyptians neighbours (I have a great t-shirt at a special price blah blah) will leave you to youself if you desire so... Bottom line: I know the feeling of having to defend my choice of going to the middle-east time after time. If you're well informed you'll know what countries or regions to avoid. Avoiding the Middle-East as a whole will only deprive one of some good travel/diving experience.... Oops I guess I'm here....
