FS: Classic KISS

Classic KISS #059

It's time for my old faithful to go, I've just bought a Mk15 and can't justify two main Rebreather's. I've had it for about three and a half years, it was owned by a diver in Cyprus before that. Offers by PM, I'm willing to haggle.

- new style MAV, set for 100m. I've got a deep orifice on order, if it comes before it sells I'll chuck it in.
- spare 1st gen stainless MAV with no maintenance nylon seat.
- stainless hoses on O2, rubber scuba on dil
- recently added Mares BOV (I've still got the Paragon parts, it could be resurrected I suppose).
- 1st gen displays (i.e. the good ones, not the transparent plastic ones) rarely used (I added a Shearwater soon after I got them)
- recently fitted ADV with new style valve stem (i.e. not the old top hat version which is a pain in the arse to replace the o-ring in)
- Swagelok offboard gas connection on the manifold
- 6l lungs (standard 2 + 4)
- AP scrims on the scrubber
- Shearwater cable & kidney with Fischer connector. I replaced the displays with a Shearwater, both the stock Jetsam kidney & displays and the Shearwater kidney with cable are included (computer not included).
- Spare kidney with cable gland bulkhead type fittings and/or stainless blanking plugs rather than old style hose barbs (so you can either add a modern Jetsam display or "something else"). That's 3 kidneys included.
- Dwyer flow meter
- a set of dumpy Heiser 3L drive bottles (in test)
- a spare set of 3L Faber drive bottles (out of test)
- spare set of DSV flapper valves
- spare ADV stem (original design)
- 2 spare corrugated loop hoses
- full spare o-ring set
- spare set of displays, I'll have to check but I'm pretty sure there is enough to make up a full triple set, definitely three cases, 3 boards and I think 3 meters.
- spare faceplate
- spare molex plugs, pins and cable
- spare magnets
- spare AP scrim
- any other spares I find when I clear out my toolbox
- included big black plastic transit case
- there are 3 cells in it that I'm currently diving on, but caveat emptor, change them before you use it. One is an AI fitted in January, the others are Teledyne/AP fitted last year.

Not included are the wing, backplate and harness.

UK preferred, but anywhere considered as long as you pay the shipping and insurance.

Only one caveat, I need it for a trip in a week's time so delivery/collection wouldn't be until two week's time. I'll deliver in northwest England/southern Scotland for the cost of diesel, or I'll be driving back from south-west France on the 30th June so could drop off if it's en-route (Gramat/Boulogne/Dover/Ormskirk or points in between).

Cheers,

Stuart

Re: FS: Classic KISS

Never put a price on the original ad, in the region of £2200 or Euro/Dollar equivalent.

Plus a shameless bump
