| Prism #007 ![]() Current Rebreather/s: | Prism #007 G'day all, I am moving to the UK shortly so I am selling my unit. The unit is one of five that were produced with a clear head to enable instructors to demonstrate the inner workings to students. The head has two repairs where the previous owner Karl Hall did some damage, however these have been fully repaired and do not affect the operation of the unit. The unit passes all pre and post dive checks including positive and negative checks. I regularly take the unit to depths up to 65m and have had no problems (other forum members will testify to the diving history of the unit). This was the rebreather Karl used to complete his cocklebiddy push. It will be supplied with stock mounting plate, wing and harness. In addition a stainless steel mounting plate is included for those looking to use a backplate and wing. Photos are provided below, pm me with any queries. Price is $5500AUD. The only condition of sale is that the user is Prism certified, otherwise the unit will be shipped without the flapper valves and spiders which will be shipped to the Prism instructor of the buyer's choice. | Prism #007 ![]() Current Rebreather/s: | Re: Prism #007 Don't worry, I'm not giving up rebreathers ![]() To be honest I am looking to move to a back mounted counterlung unit and it makes sense to offload the Prism here and buy a yet-to-be-determined-model in the UK. It will be an interesting transition - I will have to get used to not being able to knock off work at 16:00 and go for a kitesurf! I am looking forward to the diving, there is a lot more opportunity for wreck diving than here in Aus. Why not bring it here with you? Nowhere in the UK is more than 70miles from the sea for starters! |
