| New Drager Dolphin SCR for sale Hello, I am selling a Drager Dolphin SCR rebreather that has never been used. It has the white shell, a 27 cubic foot tank, and an Oxyguage (also new). This is the same unit that mattravis had listed here and on Ebay about 1 month ago. It was at a dive shop in San Diego and never used in rental. I had my dive shop check it out and they confirmed that it has never seen water or sorb and is in perfect condition. Only reason I am selling it is because I just got a great deal on a OptimaFX and decided to go with the CCR before I invested the time and money on SCR training. I am not looking to make a profit, I bought it for $1,950.00 and spent another $78.00 on VIP and Hydro for the tank and a battery for the Oxyguage. Looking for $2,000 plus shipping. I still have the original pictures from the ebay listing or I can take new ones if you want. Thanks for your interest. John ![]()

| Re: New Drager Dolphin SCR for sale I just wanted to expand on this posting because I know that a lot of people are concerned with scams. This unit is the same unit that Matttraviss had posted on ebay in January, item # 170182759012. I was the high bidder at $1,630 but the reserve was not met. I contacted Matt and he sold me the unit for $1,950. When I recieved it, it was exactly as described, the unit is about 4 years old but is essentially brand new. It has never been used, never seen water, never even had the can filled with sorb. The unit is in perfect condition and includes everything listed here: White Housing Buoyancy compensator Device Breathing hoses Mouthpiece assembly Inhalation and exhalation bags Pressure reducer with hoses and gauge ( First Stage ) Scrubber canister Bypass valve with dosage inserts for nitrox gas of 40%, 50% and 60% oxygen Relief valve assembly Flow meter Operator's manual and hard case. Blue cylinder Drager Oxygen gauge ($750 add on) The tank has never been used but because the unit sat on the shelf at the dive shop for about 4 years, it was due for a VIP and would have needed hydro at the end of the year so I had both done as soon as I got it. I am not selling it because I was in any way dissappointed when I received it, it is a great unit and a great deal. While I was at my dive shop asking about a conversion plate so that I could put in on my backplate, I came across a great deal on a used Optima FX and reconsidered which way I wanted to go with the rebreather route. Since I am new to rebreather world and thus don't have much credibility I can see why this listing would raise a few eyebrows. I do dive with a longstand member of the board, JCdesign97, who I will show this unit to and he will vouch for the brand new condition of this unit. Anyway, the CCR I am interest in buying won't be available for long so if this doesn't sell quickly, I will probably end up keeping it and going forward with the SCR training course. If you are interested, PM me and we can discuss further. Thanks! John
