AKA-60 Orca For Sale

AKA-60 Semi-closed Rebreather. Fully operational semi-closed Circuit rebreather with spares, straps and cylinders. P-Port fitted in counter lung per Dave Sutton's description. All parts have been positively and negatively pressure tested where appropiate. The cylinders cannot be commercially tested in NZ though. Original straps are inlcluded but not fitted and the case is ready to accept standard harness of your choice (11” between mounting holes). The usual spares and tool kits is included.

Modifications include:
~ Bump pad / Bail out cylinder bracket on bottom of case
~ Aluminium reinforcing frame attached to case
~ Dedicated flow meter Port added (so you don't need to take it apart to check flow) Seemed like agood idea at the time.
~ P-Port per Dave Sutton's description.
~ 11" mijnting holes added for harness.

I've never dived this unit - there are real difficulties with getting training etc in NZ, especially on non-mainstream kit so had to ehad to Oz and then bought a KISS Sport. Next on the list in an Eagle III so the Orca has to go. Sorry 'bout that.

I'm looking for NZ2000. As our currency isn't worth anything this is pin money to you you rich Americans and Europeans!
