need help to Build a Lzy ShoteLine

Hi all, I want to build a Lazy shoteline but I’m having some difficulties in order to define the length of the line, the ending and where to fit the rings.
Could any body help me with this please?

Check this out...

Good Shot - DIVE Skills & Thrills

One tip...watch how heavy the top weight is... esp in poor visibility... or if it lands on your head while ascending!! However, too light and it gets pulled to the surface in a current
