US STORE CHANGES (moved operations/new hire)

To those of you haveing problems with the US store, I have taken some drastic measures to correct the problems.

1: I have shut down shipping operations at the dive store.
2: I have moved the shipping operations to a location I control.
3: I have hired a full time customer support/shiping person.
4: I have purchased a dedicated phone line for shipping and order support.

His name is Robert Romero, and his email will be robert@rebreatherworldstore.com

If the guy (who shal remain nameless) who controls the mail server will get me the access I have been asking for... I will have Roberts email working by tomorow.

The dedicated support phone number is 305-613-3852.

I am moving as fast as I can to get the fires out.

Monkey.

Re: US STORE CHANGES (moved operations/new hire)

firstly, Im NOTHING to do with Rebreather World store in any way shape or form. Having got in my disclaimer, each RBW store in the different markets is a separate entity.

Kudozs to james though for stepping up...

Re: US STORE CHANGES (moved operations/new hire)

James, good luck with the changes.

Maybe all us moaning ducks have encouraged the change for what will hopefully be a win-win for the store and the customer.
