![]() ![]() | Has anyone ordered stuff from the European store in the last month, and if so, was it delivered promptly ? I made an order 2 weeks ago; the order status is still marked as 'Processing' on the site. I've tried to contact the store via the online Web form twice (no response). Yesterday I sent a PM to Barry Law to get an update - no response as yet. I'm off on holiday shortly, and could really do with my order ![]() |

| Supporting Member ![]() Current Rebreather/s: | Re: How's the Store working for you one week after i placed my order and the status on my order still was "Processing" i sendt a email to Rebreather World Store Europe asking why my order was not shipped... 1-2 day later i got answer from RBW Store that they did not have everything in stock but they expected it in stock within a week.. my order was shipped 8 day later.. now im just waiting on UPS to deliver... they need to update their wabpage what is in stock or expected it in stock... it shuld not be necessary for the customer to email them and ask why his order is not shipped... ![]() |

Although I enquired via the contact page about some omiswivel parts that aren't listed on the site. Week and a half later, still no reply so I just ordered from Golem Gear instead ![]() |

![]() ![]() | Re: How's the Store working for you My order arrived yesterday. Barry explained that they were waiting for some sensors to arrive, which is fair enough. It would be nice to have an indication of the number of items left in stock when browsing the store.....I could then look elsewhere if I knew there was no stock, and I needed an item in a hurry. A small DB tweak, a bit of php, and Bob's yer uncle ![]() |
