Anyone been to West Samoa

HI

I will be on West Samoa for 4 days in December and would like to do some diving, most probably just OC as I want to travel light. Has anyone been to West Samoa and can give me any advice as to which dive operator to choose, good spots etc.
Any response is highly appreciated

HI

Just to let you know that West Samoa is definitely not a top destination for scuba in general. The reefs suffered major bleaching a few years ago, and two big Taifuns took care of the rest. Still, the diving I did was very well organized and the base (Moanalei Dive'N'Surf) definitely did a great job.
