Florida Cave Diving--First Week of November

I am going to Cave Country, around the Lake City, Florida area during the first week of November. Most of the time, SurgeonDress and I will be training with John P. Jones on our Optimas.

If (and this could be a very big if) I finish training based upon optimistic forecasts (when are they ever right?), there might be some time for fun diving starting about Sunday, November 5 until November 7, when I head over to DEMA in Orlando. Even if we can't dive, it would be great to meet up with the little free time I will have.

Wish me luck in my training; I'll need it!

Unfortunately, I will be headed back to Miami and to work so that I can pay for all of those goodies I am going to find at the show.

However, as the Winter season will be bringing rough ocean waters, I expect to be back a few times until the flat Summer seas are back in South Florida. Maybe we can meet up next time.

I look forward to diving with both Chris and you. The Caves a great right now and lot warmer than the ones I was diving in Missouri last week though not any prettier.
