| Cap Ron scourge of the NW ![]() Current Rebreather/s: | Inner Space 2005 Greetings Rebreather world mavins, from the sunny warm destination of Grand Cayman and Inner Space 2005, the second annual meet of all things and people rebreather related. I have been here since friday and have been diving my brains out with several excursions well beyond the recreational limits, shame on me The weather is perfect here at Cobalt Coast, the resort on the south end of the island, Divetech is our diving host, with a shop here on the resort grounds as well as another at turtle reef. with the deep Cayman wall only a 15 minute swim away and daily boat rides to dive sites that are just absoutely gorgeous, we have been getting in plenty of bottom time. No limits on depth and a 3 hour max run time make for some great expedtion style dives. Of course with no real mission to accomplish, the diving is more relaxed. All gasses and scrubber are included too. Every afternoon and evening we are provided with a technical mini seminar by a member of the diving community, names on the list of presenters include Tom Mount, Mike Fowler, Doug Mckenna and yours truly, the subjects are diverse but all revolve around Rebreather diving. Tonight its Kevin Gurr with a talk on the Ourorboros Rebreather, yesterday we heard from Jeff on the long awaited Optima RB, which is still not quite ready for mass production, but looks better than it ever has and is being dived daily. I am also going to be doing the seminar that was scheduled for Leon Scamahorn of ISC, as he wasnt able to make it down this year. I have the pre-prototype of the new radial scrubber to show off, as well as a new prototype design option head and handset.

As well as details on the Ouroboros, the O2ptima and ISC. My best to Kim and Gordon, let them know I won't hold deserting me at the L.A. show against them.Alan and Eric put on a good dsplay that was busy, busy, busy. ![]() Enjoy the trip! ![]()

As you do a seminar about the different prototypes for the Meg, I guess there is no secret about them. Therefore, that would be great if you could share some details about them. Cheers
