TURKEY - Looking for CCR Friendly Dive Centre

Looking for somewhere in Turkey that does:

CCR Cylinder Hire
Scrubber material and o2.

For trip coming up in July.

Anyone know anywhere in Turkey able to offer this?

Finally, anyone know of any specific regulations re. diving CCR's in turkey?

Dive locations I can investigate and negotiate for you...
