Liverpool Centre Guest house

Hello all,

In 7th November I will be in UK for work reasons but will have 4 days spare, of which I will be in Liverpool! Anyone here knows of a good cheap guest house near Liverpool centre ?

There is a Formule 1 near the waterfront. In France they are usually quite cheap, don't know what their prices are like in the UK.

Like most UK cities, you'll struggle to find cheap accomodation in the city centre.

I've no idea what any of these are like (havent had cause to need a hotel room for a bit!), but they are all 10-15 mins walk from the city centre;

If I were you I would try and stay at one of the hotels near the Albert Docks. Its a short walk from the city centre (10mins if that) and they are usually quite cheap.

Staying there gives you the choice of a quite evening around the docks which are very nice or a more upbeat night in the city. For a truly unique Liverpool experiece go to the Blue Angel (known locally as 'The Raz').

I spent most of my degree in there...
