10 days holiday but no 'breather

I have got some leave owed to me in the next week and would like to spend week or so diving. Unfortunately I'm between units, having sold my Inspo to finance my Meg which has yet to be delivered. I'm looking for somewhere to go where I can do some mixed gas diving and hire an Inspiration. The natural choice would be with Aaron at Tekstreme in Sharm but I'd like to look at other options rather than go to Sharm yet again.

Hey buddy,

If you want come down to Mexico we have Inspiration, Meg's and O2ptimas for rent plus scooters, stages etc.
We are locate in Playa del Carmen, 60 km south of Cancun.

Very tempted, but a long way to go for a week. Have to see how many pennies I've got saved - which is the closest airport?

cancun airport is the nearest - you can get a direct flight there from the UK...

Looks like I can get a flight and hotel deal for about £500, so I'm probably going to go for it,
