Visiting San Dieago

Hi,
I am coming out to SD next week for the first of many visits if not permanently at some time.
Unfortunately im not bringing my Inspiration with me so I have to go OC for a while......

Any of you local divers got any advice on where/who to see regarding hiring cylinders to fit the inspo classic for future visits. Also is there such a place to possibly hire a unit. Thanks in advance....

If you spell it that way it actually means a whales vagina.

Definately check out sdtechdiving.com we will see what we can find for you to use on your short trips. We only have one guy left on an inspo.

sdtechdiving.com is the way to go, every San Diego rebreather diver is on there (all 10-12 of us). There is no place to hire Inspo/rEvo cylinders locally but there are enough of us with more than one set so we can loan some out and can help with your other CCR needs.

cause me and mkII need 4 3l tanks with inline valves before DEMA :-)

and each 2 stages, say 80cft.. :-)

Thanks for your replies......whales vagina...mmm there is no limit to what you can learn on this forum!

Looking at sdtechdiving as i type......if any of you see a confused boldy diver scratching his head looking at a set doubles over the next couple of weeks or so it just may be me....

Bailout tanks/sorb/fills aren't a problem. A set of tanks for you and MkII won't be hard, I have one set already. Anyone coming out before DEMA should make sure we have enough tanks or think about bringing/shipping out tanks. My original post was more about 2-3 divers coming out needing tanks, not 6-10!
