Current Rebreather/s: | 2009 Dry Tortugas and Key West tech trip For those interested in diving some of the best deep wrecks in Florida, a special five-day trip will be running in June 2009 aboard a 100-foot liveaboard out of Key West. Some of the wrecks we will be hitting include: RHEIN, ARABY MAID, U-2513, CHELSEA, JOSEPH M. CUDAHY, USS S-16, USS WILKES BARRE, USAFS HOYT VANDENBERG, and several others (including scoping out some new numbers). For more information on these wrecks, check out the AUE website. Joining us on this trip will be noted shipwreck photographer Leigh Bishop from the UK and Deep Sea Detective Richie Kohler. We board June 1 in Key West, with diving June 2-6; divers can stay the night of June 6 on the boat while at the dock, with disembarkation by 9AM on June 7. This will be an all-rebreather trip, and space is limited. I believe there are five trips running to the deep wrecks off the Dry Tortugas this year, all of which filled up super quick. So, if you are interested in hitting these in 2009 and enjoying five days of stellar shipwreck diving, drop me an e-mail for more information or to be added to the roster. Cheers, Mike |

Current Rebreather/s: | Re: 2009 Dry Tortugas and Key West tech trip UPDATE: Due to the interest generated thus far, we are considering a second 5-day ccr tech trip for June 9-13. Originally, the second trip was going to be recreational in nature. Depending on the group we may do the same Tortugas-Key West itinerary, or opt to do some deeper sites, check out some numbers, and hit wrecks "off the beaten path" from Key Largo to Ft. Jefferson. The first trip is close to booked, so if you are interested in hitting these wrecks let me know ASAP. Cheers, Mike |

Photographer (and 43rd best wreck diver in the UK) Leigh Bishop will be joining us, as well as Leon and Jerry from Innerspace; hopefully the ISC lads will bring a few new goodies for fellow Meg divers to check out... Cheers, Mike |
