| Hi all! Does anyone know whether O2technical Diving in Providenciales is still running despite the fact they are for sale (as per their website)? Or have they shut down while waiting for this to happen. Dove with them last year, but I'm not sure if they're still around for O2 and sorb. Or, does anyone know whether any of the other operations are remotely ccr friendly? From the various websites, it appears no. TIA! |

That would suck, they were a good operation, not cheap, but very together. And TCI is top notch for that part of the world in terms of marine environment health and very sharky. I know they were a seperate business from Big Blue dive shop, who owned the boats and real estate, so maybe the dive shop will continue to at least provide O2... |

| Re: Provo-Turks & Caicos Hi all! Spoke with someone at Big Blue about a month ago. The owner of O2 had a buyer that fell through and a former employee was trying to raise capital to buy it. They were willing to support rebreathers on a limited basis meaning sorb O2 but they were vague about helium. He implied if we were to bring our own analyzer there might be He available but again this part was vague.Does anyone know whether O2technical Diving in Providenciales is still running despite the fact they are for sale (as per their website)?
