Again, I should be able to get atleast one other diver. Do they have a 6 pack or something bigger? Slightly bigger..., Holds 10 divers, serious tech charters would probably drop than a few spots for the extra gear. Google their website, silent world key largo dot comJustin -Tim |

![]() | Re: Wilkes Barre Key West Charter It would be crowded with more than six Rebreather divers with deco tanks and bags. If we get six divers I can call them and see what we can do that week. So far we have four? Some of the wrecks close to Silent World are the Northern Lights ( 190 Ft deep), Queen of Nassau ( 230ft deep ) and Molasses wreck (300ft deep) I'll find out if they dive the Wilkes.. Steven.

BTW, the Molasses Wreck is the VITRIC, and its the NORTHERN LIGHT (singular). There are several other wrecks in the area, such as the OCEAN FREEZE, "Whistle Buoy Wreck", "Dirtbag Wreck", "Screamer Wreck", and a few others. Cheers, Mike It would be crowded with more than six Rebreather divers with deco tanks and bags. If we get six divers I can call them and see what we can do that week. So far we have four? ![]() ![]() | Re: Wilkes Barre Key West Charter I would recommend Paradise Divers (also recommended in Barney's list). They took me diving on the Wilkes back in 1997 or 98 with my Cis-Lunar, and were trained by and worked with Capt. Billy Deans, who first dived and explored the Wikes Barre. They definitely have tech, CCR and Wilkes experience and are located in the middle/lower Keys on Big Pine Key. Back then, they used to have a nifty, very servicable six-pack. Haven't talked, or dived with them for quite a while, but if this pans-out for you they are a great tech operation. Good luck and say "Hi" to the Wilkes for me.

![]() | Re: Wilkes Barre Key West Charter Looks like we have four so far. I am thinking six would be ideal. I will put a post out on the SCRUB forum and see if we have any additional takers. Justin |

Current Rebreather/s: | Re: Wilkes Barre Key West Charter Actually, the list were not recommendations but simply a list of operators who told me they were willing to do WILKES trips. FWIW, we never used Paradise even in OC days as they mandated some stupid protocols IMHO from Billy's days (e.g., "poodle jackets"). Because of these requirements we simply went with other operators. Plus, it was a longer haul for them. Cheers, Mike I would recommend Paradise Divers (also recommended in Barney's list).
