| Johnny The Hatch Current Rebreather/s: | sofnolime to or in Egypt/Sharm Hi guys, i need some help. We are going to Sharm soon. And the price we were quoted for lime is 28€ per fill. Anyone knows where i can get cheaper lime in Egypt or how i do to bring my own. /Jonny

| Re: sofnolime to or in Egypt/Sharm Every time I've been to Egypt I normally take most of my lime with me, and ask for a tub of lime to be put on the boat just in case. Normally you only pay for what you use. Janos

Normally you only pay for what you use. Janos Hi Janos, i have been told that it is difficult to bring sorb to Egypt. So what procedures did you use? /Jonny

| Re: sofnolime to or in Egypt/Sharm When I was in Hurghada February 2006 I took my lime with me from Finland. I just packed the lime in 3kg plastic bags. Put these in my bag and also the material data sheet. I did not have any trouble, even though the white "bricks" looked quite interesting ![]() |

Put these in my bag and also the material data sheet. Can you imagine what kind of anal torture the egyptian police would give you if they found 10 bags of 3kg each of white stuff...I did not have any trouble, even though the white "bricks" looked quite interesting ![]() Then i would gladly pay any amount of money to buy it in place... /jonny
