| Who loves ya, baby ![]() Current Rebreather/s: | Another forum ruined Well, he's gotta do something after breaking his gear, and golf teaches patience. So Mark is certainly excused for bringing it up. ![]() Alex, 4 members listed in Turkey, none been on recently. The YBOD and the Dräger chaps can be contacted by e-mail, I'd give it a shot.

| Staying Silent! Mostly... Current Rebreather/s: | Re: Imprisoned in Belek, Turkey Hi Alex, I'd try contacting European Dive Centre, European Diving Centre, Antalya Alanya Side Turkey , they have a base in Antalya. I haven't dived with this particular operation, but I have used their dive centre in Marmaris and they were very organised when I took a party of 14 across for a week. (All O/C divers) Hope that helps, Neil |

| RBW Member Current Rebreather/s: | Re: Imprisoned in Belek, Turkey I Can supply O2 and sorb if you want. ![]() 3L AL at 150 bars and 7L AL at 150 bar. I can arrange other tanks as well. Tell me what you need and I will make available. Maby even a submatix scr. I will see what I can arrange for you. I am looking at the dive centres. The point is that since they usually have a lot of OC diving tourists you have to talk to the captain and convince them to take you to a good location. Since a lot of OC the site has to be OC diveable (30 m max). They can take you to other places like deep wrecks if some exist however they will not like it if only you can dive there and then eveybody waits for your 4 hour dive. You will enjoy hour stay. Turkish people are very hospitable and will usually go out of their way to help you. However when the region becomes over touristic you do get the types that try to milk the tourists. I will contact you once i find a dive centre. Teoman Last edited by teomannaskali : 21st July 2007 at 13:39. |

Hi Alex,What's about a try for a second child...? Enjoy your holiday Nad

| - Current Rebreather/s: | Re: Imprisoned in Belek, Turkey What kind of diving are you after exactly? Nothing too stressful. I am just building up hours on a couple of new rebreathers. Just pottering around on the sand would be too boring though. Wrecks in the air diving range or easy trimix range would be nice.Teoman Thanks to all those who responded. I think I am on my way now to finding local O2, with the help of a forum member, and am waiting for any of the dive centres suggested to respond. I think I can escape from prison! At least for 5 hours a day, and the rest would be nice with the family. Thanks Nat. I have 3 children. 2 older ones are great, but the youngest needs a lot of attention, so my wife found a hotel that caters very well for children. She likes the beach. So this way, assuming the escape goes OK, everyone has a good time, and we have some nice evenings as a family. Cheers, Alex Last edited by AD_ward9 : 23rd July 2007 at 17:43. |
