| Re: diving in spain Hi and Welcome to Spain. You just need your certification card and your insurance. If you have jour french medical certification, take it with you but i don't think that they will ask it for. enjoy your time in Spain and we wait for a trip report .Best Mikel

| My advice would be to contact the dive centre you plan to dive with to see what their reqirements are. On top of qualification card, I've been asked for an in date Medical certification - valid for 5 years in UK, and Medical Insurance before. Without insurance they chamber won't treat you, unless you have other means of payment (personally quite expensive). Dave C |

| Re: diving in spain Hi, In Spain for law you need: -A diver Card -A Diving Insurance -A Medical Certification that you are Ok for diving. This certification needs to be signed by a Hyperbaric Medical. Maximum 2 years Old. Well, this is the law. -But normally the majority of dive centers donīt ask for the medical Certification -If you donīt have insurance you can pay in the Dive center a day Insurance also.
