O2ptima Course availability in EU

It looks like that Optima is not for European market. I found no possibility to take a course (with kind exception of Matt, who I can invite for that but it is a little bit expensive).

Most interesting was that is sent a lot of e-mails and received only 2 replays.

Actually the Optima isn't so present in Europe, what's about to look for something else?
