More new meg divers

Congratulations to Steve Schafer and Aaron Lackie for completing their meg training with Leon Scamahorn and Ron Micjan.
Aaron was concerned about the math aspects of the training but under Ron's tutelage he pulled off a 91% on the exam. I also heard Steve pulled off the highest mark Leon had ever seen on the exam.
Well done to all. Now can I have my meg back Aaron?

Re: More new meg divers

That was a fun course, except for me getting a cold, the sideways rain most every day in hood canal, the near freezing temps, dave's meg getting accidently flooded in salt water.... Ok, just kidding about the flooded meg

heheheh Aaron and Steve did great, both showing drastic improvement over the dive days, and even had a few moments between finning like madmen trying to keep up with Leon, and skills sessions designed to be tasking to failure, to spot a couple of giant pacific octopus, and some wolf eels. The octo that Aaron found in a crack in the rock at Flagpole, was one of the largest that I have ever seen, easily 80+ lbs. It was a great week!

Congrads guys, It was a privlidge to have you in the class.

now, if only the next 18 days could compress to 2....

viva la mexico!!!
