Re: CCR Trimix Simplified by Mel Clark question

breach of copyright? nobodys asking you to resell it. we would just like to know the best possible method for staying alive in extreme circumstances.

if its such a revolutionary technique i would think it should be in an open forum for all. Hell Smithers put a whole deco program on the web for free.

Re: CCR Trimix Simplified by Mel Clark question

Nobody's asking you to scan it. Use your own words to describe the method so we can discuss it.... in any event it's going to be just another permutation of what we've been doing for years. There's no "rocket science" involved here.

So, how would you do SCR bail-out based on your overall knowledge?

You're actually the one being challenged here... you have a 'secret way' in Cedric's book that we cannot discuss because it's not been mooted as a technique. I'm not buying *anything* just to further a discussion. Describe *your* understanding of it for the edification of the assembled masses, please?

Bottom line, and take this the right way please? Publish or Perish.

Frankly, I don't understand your point at all. All that you've contributed is a plug to send Cedric money so we can decipher the 'secret'. It ain't gonna happen. Hate to burst your bubble, but Cedric's obviously just redone the old VSC method that we've used for years.

Does anyone else have anything to *contribute*?

If you can figure it out, then problem solved (I do not need to tell you and you do not need to buy the book).
Arrgh, come on!

I've never read any material, but read my post above, its not rocket-science!

Keeping SCR-rate poportional to absolute pressure keeps the FO2 constant!
So the easiest way to prolonge your gas, but without dropping it too much, with a rate a child could figure out would be:
1:1 breath @ 1 ATM (0msw)
2:1 breath @ 2 ATM (10msw)
3:1 breath @ 3 ATM (20msw)

This keeps totalt gas-comsuption eaqual to your SAC AT SURFACE!

How hard can it be?
Someone tell me where the big mystery is, because I sure dont see it?

Regards
Nicolai

Beside the fact that it look that HMC (who don't even sign message or tell something of him) is the more confused? NO

I had a look at other threads and posts and I wonder what kind of course did you do if you have so many questions and doubt.

Color me frustrated...... blue in the face in fact!

I'm trying to let our new friend shine with his expertise... to teach us all something new and earth-shattering! ... but all he's done is to "shine us on".

(not sure that'll translate well... it means to "blow off" or "ignore" in our slang... )

Back to inventorying survival gear for the boat... all of my damned flares expire on Jan 1st. Gonna light 'em all off at once in my backyard at midnight. That'll make the neighbors wonder about me more than ever...

Best,

Dave

???? This is the reason because Cedric became your Idol??

I don't know what this comment has to do with the Thread.

You keep writing the same arguments over and over, probably you won't write your divine formula because you don't know it. Otherwise is really simple: ask cedric to publish it underlining the fact that it comes from his manual!!
