Especially with an Evo and its small bottles you have to have a bailout bottle cliped on somewhere. From what I read you can take your Advanced Nitrox course along with your CCR course. If you are going to let you job interfere with your diving you may not be ready for a CCR ![]() Make sure you buy it before you tell you wife what it and the training costs. ![]() That job that is interfering with my diving is also the reason I can dive in the first place. No wife and no girlfriend....so that means I answer to one person..me and it also means I have a large right forearm. ![]() |

| Re: Rebreather Demo question Mark, yes that was a joke! I would of preferred the demo on the weekend. But I only live about 15 miles from the shop, so should work out for me. Hey Al, I wanted to go to that, but its held in the middle of the week and I just cant swing that with the travel and work. If it was on a weekend I would be there. J Al |

| Re: Rebreather Demo question Al, Last night was classroom. Ron explaining how rebreathers work and things one needs to lookout for and understand. He had a inspiration, evolution,KISS, and a Meg. went over each. When you get time after the pool sessions please let us know how it went etc. I'm planning on going up there to go down on Ron's equipment. ![]() Tonight we will have the units in the pool. I did, do a demo with Ron this past spring. Spent most of my time trying to figure out buoyancy. I was all over the place. So I'm looking forward to seeing how much better I might be as I now understand a little bit better whats going on. Later, Al |

| NA ![]() Current Rebreather/s: | Re: Rebreather Demo question Yeah, buoyancy is a trip. I had a couple experiences before my last pool session so like you I knew what to expect. This allowed me to actually concentrate on other things besides just the new sensations. Enjoy...I wish I could participate...its just too cool. Are you thinking about getting trained next year? If so, let me know what you're thinking. I'm looking into options for myself. Jason |
