| Re: Training agencies not policing their instructors I would vote for that in a heartbeat. I am IANTD certified and still trying to figure out what Mod1, Mod2, Mod3 etc. are In IANTD there is ![]() A OW CCR diver program one can actually begin CCR diving as the entry level or as a no deco program to 21 m 70 feet with bailout for al emergencies The CCR Diver Program (such as Meg - optima diver etc) to do this program one one one must be a advanced EANx diver or Advanced recreational Trimix diver) it allows depths air dil to 140 -42 m or on mix 160-48 m and deco up to 15 minutes then there is CCR normoxic to 200 feet- 60 meters CCR Trimix- depts up to 330 feet 100 m CCR expedition Trimix depths up to 400 feet -120 meters I know people keep saying mod 1 mod 2 etc but we have never had mods as CCr programs check any IANTD diver card there is no mod level |

Is it just something the 'kewl kidz' say these days to mean what Tom mentioned or the other mainstream agency's equivalents?

| Totally Submerged Current Rebreather/s: | Re: Training agencies not policing their instructors Hi, I think the Terms that are being used MOD 1, 2, 3. Are actually referring to the same courses regardless what each organisation calls them. That is, when people are using them in their discussions. Best Regards. Wael
