| Re: training in Essex Not CC but done all my Tech OC with Lee (note my CC training was done by Dave Thompson) Other people I know have done/doing their CC with him. But all I can say is just dont go on recomendations, go see the Instructor and sus him out, remember you dont want an instructor that just stamps your book, you want to earn it, cos your life depends upon it! If you do think about going outside Essex (do think about this!), you cant get much better than Dave Thompson (Bournemouth), he did all my CC training (ok on a Kiss, but I think he knows a thing or three about inspos ) and I turned out ok(?)Also seen Jack Ingle (Kent) do some inspo training as well, and he seems to know his stuff! God, your gonna have a long list of instructors to choose from by the end of this thread. Jeff |

| Re: training in Essex Jeff, this is really helpful,so thanks for posting. I did email Jack as I live in Rochester, but no response yet. I will give dave t a look in Bournmouth, but I take the point about the need to suss out the instructor and not just go on recs. its all part of the evidence base though I guess. Kevin |

| CK+Shearwater Current Rebreather/s: | Re: training in Essex Another nod for Dave T, although as a KISS diver I had much less choice, I learnt alot and felt Dave gave good value for money and a lot of interesting stories and advice between training dives. You can't go far wrong.
