I've never seen one of the units myself, but I know Jason, who designed them, and can vouch that you will have no problems dealing with him. You can find him on these forums as koputai. http://www.rebreatherworld.com/rebre...other-rbs.html is a review by a good mate of mine Harry, who can also be found on these forums, he was impressed by the product (he has two), which is good enough for me. Good luck. Dave

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | Re: Sub Sea Systems PO2 displays Hi forum! Hey Carl - I have one on my 15.5 and it it bloody fantastic and Colkan is also second to none in terms of service.Does anyone have experience in buying PO2 display systems from "Sub sea systems"? Subsea Systems - Rebreather Solutions If so, what is your experience of the company and their products? I had an issue with my solenoid a few days ago - phoned them up and now the problem is sorted. Excelent in my book. HAve had a few nigling problems with the unit over the past 10 months and all have bee solved promptly and efficiently by Colkan - right down to sending me a few new mushroom valves for the mothpiece - gratis. Colkan sell the stuff for the 15.5 and I think (stand to be corrected here) they also do the stuff for the other breathers as well.??? Here are a few pics of the unit not on the 'sales' website and on my unit - PM me if you want any specific info or some other pics - I did a writeup a few weeks ago and posted some other pics as well - maybe do a search on this forum. I also know Jason who actually did the electronics and he is a perfectionist - you wont be disapointed As I said PM me if you want to know anything specific REgards, Steve L |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | Re: Sub Sea Systems PO2 displays OK just to be clear - Sub Sea Systems (aka Jason Koputai on this list) designed all the different units - he puts all the electronic componets together and made the units work (programming etc) , for all the Rebreather's Kiss, Mk15, Prism Home built etc. However, the Mk 15 and (and soon to be Eagle) specific secondaries are sold and distributed by Colkan as they build and service these particular breathers. So if you want a secondary for a Mk15 or 15.5 click on the link to Colkan on the sub sea web page and talk to Colin or Kane - or here mailto:cw@colkan.com BUT if you want something for another breed of unit (kiss, prism, homebuilt or whatever) then talk to Jason directly - on the "contact us" section of the Sub Sea Systems page - or here Subsea Systems Contact Page As I said it is a great piece of kit - just get one - you wont be dissapointed - OH and for the record I have absolutly NO commercial interest in this whatsoever - just believe it is a great piece of kit and it is nice to see people who have supported the Rebreather industry / community for so long get some regognition back. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | Re: Sub Sea Systems PO2 displays Hej Carl! I use a Sub Sea Systems display and HUD. I think it works really good. I, due to stupidity had a mishap with some saltwater introsion had the display unit sent back to Jason in Australia. He reprogrammed the unit without cost and returned it to me without cost. I PM'd him last week and got a reply answering questions I had about one of them within 15minutes. (not saying it will always be that quick, but he posted on another site an hour ago, so is around).
