Has anyone heard from Gene in the last week? I have been waiting for a reply to an email.

I do not understand why people insist on sending emails to people and then complain when they do not get an answer.

If there is one thing i have learnt is that people in the diving industry tend to be computer illiterate. I have never had any problems with Gene or anyone else for that matter, but i always call ahead.

I have the same problem at work, people seem to prefer email rather than picking up the phone....

Email is a great invention, but lets face the reality here, if i want a questions answered fast i will call. I call the states quite often, asking Leon and co lots of questions, the same thing with all the suppliers i buy stuff from. And my phonebill is not that big.

I spoke to Gene earlier this week.. He said he is having some problems with his email.. Your best bet is to give him a call... he is the one that usually answers the phone...

I spoke with him yesterday on the phone so he easily reachable by phone, email is hit or miss. I know he has some filters up to try and eliminate junk that is perhaps stopping some email.
