That's like when I went to a dive shop for a tank fill of AIR...the 'instructor/technician' pointed to the O2 clean sticker and said anything other than O2 blends rendered the cleaning invalid.
I told him to partial pressure blend exactly EAN 21 for me. No more, no less, or I wouldn't pay for the fill.
Somehow, he managed. Attaboy.
