Neptune Explorer (NX)

Has anyone seen this Rebreather?? I just saw it in the HSE web site http://www.hs-eng.com/Neptune.htm

It looks like a nice neat package at a reasonable price

So if you have any info let me know

Intresting....

But with the problems with flooding handsets. And they just got the new fix for that around 3 months ago. And I haven't tried my 3rd unit yet. I'd be scared to death to buy one...

Personally I find the computers dead eay to use and they keep me unbent

This is really personal, I think the same about my VR3 and I know many divers hate it.

I have both computers and like both of them. Each has it's own advantages.
Looking forward to seeing more abou this Rebreather. Gene updated my explorer for free and in less than a week. Stand up guy in my opinion.

Is it only me or is anyone else concerned with unprotected MSR counterlungs over the shoulder?

I mean, I dive my CK without any covers on the counterlungs but they're practically armor plated compared to the location of these.

Looks like a Meg clone but obvious with loads of extra scrubber bits !!

Remember we are still working with the same principle of scrubbing the air !

Next gear change is to get the stuff that that Israeli guy patented last year where you extract the air from sea water as you swim. Now that is cool.
