| HS Explorer Sensor error I have the HSE model O. I completed a dive yesterday (135/30) on my Rebreather and all was well. Today I changed the O2 sensors in the RB and went to calibrate the HSE and for some reason it would not read the sensor at all. I checked the voltage at the sensor and at the end of the cable and the reading was the same. When I hooked the sensor to the computer the reading on the computer was 59mv in stead of 50mv and the PPO2 reading was 0.8. I went to the manual and rechecked to make sure I had not set the unit up wrong but everything was set correct. Finally I hooked the computer to my PC and downloaded the mix table and uploaded the dive profiles. After this was done the unit worked great! The only thing I can think of is at the end of the dive yesterday I switched to OC to practice some BO drills and then surfaced and left the computer in the OC mode with the sensor on. If anyone has any info as to what might have caused this I would appreciate it. Thanks Rob |

Thanks Before you calibrate, you must be set to mix 0, 1 or 2.. and po2 mode on..Rob if you are on mix 3, or 4 or any of the oc gases it will not calibrate..

| Re: HS Explorer Sensor error Yes I thought that may be the problem but I did switch it back to mix 0 before starting this whole evolution. Thanks though |
