V-planner live - Bailouts

Hi, thought I would ask other X1-Vplanner-Live divers how they handle some of the more "interesting" features of the VPM-model in case of bailout.

To illustrate:
V-planner live 4.00
VPM-BE +5 / Ceilings: Direct / Last Stop 3m
Dive Sim: 40m / 20min / Autodive
Dil: Air, Setpoint 0.5 low, 1.25 bottom, autowitch after 5mins
Bailout 1: Air + EAN50 + O2 (But only using Air)
Bailout 2: Air

During dive at time = 10min bailout to either Bailout1 or Bailout2, and stay on air for the duration -> this gives very different TATs (Total Ascent Time) and offcourse EOD-times:

Bailout1: Ceiling @ 20mins = 14m TAT=37min EOD=57min
Bailout2: Ceiling @ 20mins = 19m TAT=47min EOD=67min (Was predicted as 74mins?)

So the VPM algorithm expects you to switch and therefore pushes the gradient. The resulting deco after ascending is therefor very much different.
Now this is AFAIK a feature of VPM, and not performing the planned gas-switches should be seen as wrong as not adhereing to the stop-dephts.

I have app. 3 bailout-scenarios that I would normally use:
Normal - using the exspected bailout-gasses OC (What I or the team brings).
Survival - using everything you can get your ands on (including deco-stations, and swim-by muggings)
Relaxed - Using SCR, ie. as normal but with reduced FO2.

NOw given the fact that when bailing in anger I'm interested in surving fist ans bends as second, and that you're only allowed 2 bailout-plans, so I'm having doubts as to the config.

So assuming bailout-2 plan is set up for SCR-legs, that leaves you with bailout-1 as the primary OC plan. So do you set it up for worst case bailout (fewest gases - most conservative profile), or do you set it up for best-case, ie. all gasses but perhaps resulting in a 'risky' profile when you dont switch?

I'm leaning to the latter, eventhough I realize that I can add gasses to the plan while bailing out. I think I would prefer to plan for the fastets route out of the water (ie. all gases), and if theese gasses are not available, then the "risky" profile is welcome since the shit is allready hitting the proverbial fan.....

So how do you set it up?
